Resumen
Global recovery underway, but still with a high level of uncertainty. The adjustments underway in the Spanish economy condition the rate of recovery. In the medium term, potential growth will adjust but will continue to be above Europe’s. Fiscal consolidation: necessary with different considerations in the short and long term.
