Market Comment | Yields retreat ahead of FOMC meeting, while Italian assets surge

Financial markets turned more optimistic ahead of tomorrow’s Fed meeting (in which the market expects an interest rate hike with 100% probability) underpinned by the recent rally in Italian banks and the higher oil prices.
