U.S. | Weekly Focus: Housing Starts, Sales, & Prices
Summary
Rising home starts and prices continue to fuel the housing market. March’s housing starts are expected to remain above 1.15M SAAR for the second consecutive month. February’s FHFA home price index will show another gain in home price appreciation at the rate of around 6% YoY. Existing home sales for March are expected to increase slightly on a non-seasonally adjusted basis
