The ECB hints clearly at further stimuli in December
Summary
The ECB “will re-examine” the degree of stimulus in December. The governing council (GC ) had a “very rich discussion” about possible instruments. Some GC members wanted to act at today´s meeting. Moreover, the GC showed concern about the slowing return of inflation to the target.
