Spain: trade balance
Summary
The 12-month trade balance deficit to June 2014 deteriorated by 0.1 pp to -2.1% of GDP. The slight reduction in the energy deficit was not enough to offset another reduction in the non-energy surplus. 2Q14 closed with a slight QoQ growth in exports and a small fall in real imports.
