Spain | The recovery has slowed down in the third quarter
The trend in observed variables indicates that Spain’s economy lost momentum in 3Q15. BBVA Research estimates a quarterly GDP growth close to 0.7%. This rise implies that the economy may have grown between 2.5% and 3.0% YoY, compared to 4% for the previous quarter, which would confirm the economic slowdown advanced in in our Spain Outlook for the third quarter of 2015.
