Spain | Summer was good for the Real Estate Sector

Home sales continued to expand in the summer time, underpinned by the strong momentum of mortgage financing. As a result, housing prices are already increasing in almost all autonomous regions, both new and used homes. Nonetheless, construction activity remained stagnant in early summer.
