Spain | Permits February 2015: increase in housing starts

Summary

In February 4,203 building permits were signed off, 6.2% more than the previous month. After the strong growth in January, the figure was better than expected. Thus, the activity of the first two months of the year increased 48% YoY. By contrast, refurbishment fell in February.
