Spain | November 2014 home sales: the recovery trend continues

According to data from the General Council of Notaries, 31,017 homes were sold in November 2014. Home sales grew by 3.6% (swda) over the previous month, a higher growth rate than expected. Thus, cumulative sales between January and November were 16.8% higher than the same period in 2013.
