Spain | Land sales adhere to the improvement of demand

Containment of home sales in August did not prevent to close the best summer until 2009, due to the positive trend of demand factors and the dynamism of the mortgage market. Meanwhile, land transactions grew and permits progressed in August, however, the fundamentals of the construction activity, point to a moderation.
