Spain | January 2015 home sales: the recovery continues
Summary
According to data from the General Council of Notaries, 21,320 homes were sold in January 2015. Although YoY sales fell by 10.9%, seasonally adjusted data show monthly growth of 2.4%. Thus, tthe recovery trend seen late last year is continuing into the beginning of 2015.
