Spain | Inflation returned to negative ground in January due to the energy
Core inflation remained positive and stable in January, but headline inflation fell again as a consequence of the smaller energetic costs. Looking forward, we foresee a continuation of the positive trend in the core component, despite downward pressure in the price of raw materials predicting renewed drops in general prices.
