    Spain | December CPI flash estimate: Energy prices pressured headline inflation on the downside more than expected

    Summary

    The flash estimate of CPI shows a higher than anticipated decline in consumer prices, mainly due to falling energy prices. Our estimates suggest that core prices decline may have stabilized.
