Spain | August 2014 home sales: slightly better data than expected
Summary
According to the General Council of Notaries, in August 2014 home sales rose by 13.9% YoY, up to 17,045 units, the highest annual growth in the month of August since the start of the crisis. Sales rose by 4.6% (swda) from the previous month, a better than expected result.
