Summary
The Big Data Consumption Index showed a YoY decline in May (-0,6%), while the Big Data Investment Index showed a recovery (4,4%).

- In May, in the case of consumption, by items: Food spending (inside and outside the home) moderated its rate of expansion, in line with the slowdown in purchases in Supermarkets and Restaurants. Health spending was almost stagnant, with the Hospitals and Clinics component accentuating its contraction.
- Tourism spending slowed, in line with the evolution of its components (Air Tickets and Excursions). Entertainment spending accelerated, as a result of the good performance of Shows spending.
- In May, in the case of investment, by component: the improvement in purchases linked to the Construction sector stood out, while that of Machinery and Equipment moderated its growth.
