The production of liquid hydrocarbons of Pemex in the third quarter of 2024 vs. the previous quarter showed a decrement of 20.1 thousand barrels a day mainly due to a lower production of heavy and light crude oil and superlight crude oil plus condensates by 10.4 thousand and 9.6 thousand barrels a day, respectively.

    • Key points:
    • The production of new fields averaged around 549 thousand barrels a day of liquid hydrocarbons in the third quarter of 2024 vs. 557 thousand in the previous quarter.
