Mexico | Consumption grew 1.1% in November with positive performance of goods and services
The BBVA Research Big Data Consumption Index reported in November a positive monthly change, regaining momentum after the slow dynamism registered in 3Q21.

- Within the services component, spending on hotels and restaurants grew 4.1%, respectively.
- Within the goods component, spending on food grew 2.5%, while spending on products related to health care contracted (-) 0.2%.
- In terms of mobility, gasoline consumption grew 1.3% MaM (sa), reaching 7% above its pre-pandemic level.
