    Madrid Economic Outlook. Second half 2016

    Summary

    The economy of Madrid will grow about 3.7% in 2016, but will slow down to 2.7% in 2017, creating around 87,000 new jobs from 3T16 to the end of 2017. Internal demand drives the recovery, supported by tourism, especially foreigners’. Creating more and better employment remains as a challenge.
