Eurozone | The PMIs fall in May, but are still in line with a steady growth in Q2

    Summary

The PMI decreased to 53.4 in the eurozone, with growth moderating in Germany and gaining some traction in France, while the strong momentum on the periphery is maintained. Hiring of new employees increases, advancing et the fastest pace in four years, despite the higher costs that may already be transferring to final prices.
