Colombia | Good things that are happening in the world

A recent article by Brookings (Kharas and Hamel, 2018) emphasises good news for the world that is worth highlighting and that, as the authors rightly say, has gone unnoticed. For the first time in history, the majority of the population is not poor or at risk of falling into poverty.
