In the absence of data from the last two days of September, consumption grows 17.2% compared to the same period in 2019 according to the BBVA Big Data Consumption Index. A very similar record to that observed in July, a month in which official indicators showed a good performance of the economy.

- Tourism-related sectors, such as airlines and hotels, maintained a positive trend, but this has moderated during the month.
- Clothing spending maintains its upward trend and grows 16.5% vs. 2019. Online shopping remains stable at growth close to 20%.
- At the major city level, there was a generalized upturn in consumption in September.
