    Catalonia Economic Outlook. Second half 2016

    Summary

    The economy of Catalonia will grow about 3.5% in 2016, but will slow down to 2.5% in 2017, creating around 210,000 new jobs in those two years. Internal demand drives the recovery, supported by tourism. Creating more and better employment remains as a challenge.
