As of October, mortgage lending grows 4.6%
Summary
At the end of October 2014, the amount of mortgage lending grew 4.6% in real terms over the same period of 2013; while the number of loans decreased 1.4%. Regarding to public housing institutions, the amount of lending grew 2.3% in real terms. As a result, average amount per mortgage increased by 4.6% in real terms
