Esther Díaz currently works as a Product Owner in different technological transformation projects at BBVA Research. Previously she worked as an Agile Coach in the Area where she contributed to create the project portfolio, as well as to develop Agile projects in Macroeconomics, Financial Systems, Digital Economy and Modeling with the members of Research.

In 2007 she joined BBVA, becoming part of the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) area. Later she would become part of CIB Engineering. She led software projects in both departments, first as project lead and later as Scrum Master.

She previously worked for the consulting company Management Solutions on technological projects related to the financial sector.

Esther graduated in Computer Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid [Technical University of Madrid] (2005) and holds an Executive Master in Quantitative Finance from AFI – Analistas Financieros Internacionales (2012).
