    INFORMATION ABOUT THE RECIPIENTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA

     

    ON BEHALF OF BBVA:

     

    1. The following is a list of the categories of companies that process personal data on behalf of BBVA:

      • Hosting and cloud computing services.

      • Computer services.

      • Technological platform services.

      Place where the listed services are provided: Spain, and in some cases in the European Union.

       

    2. BBVA also informs that, for the same purpose as indicated in the previous paragraph, certain companies that provide services to BBVA may have access to personal data (international data transfers). These transfers are made to countries with a level of protection comparable to that of the European Union (adequacy decisions of the European Commission, standard contractual clauses as well as certification mechanisms).
